For over 35 years, I’ve worked closely with chief executives, boards and senior teams across the UK, Europe and beyond — as founder of Cameron Consultants and as a personal strategic advisor. I’ve supported clients through crisis, complexity and growth across 60+ industries, advising on strategy, cost re-engineering, leadership effectiveness and transformation. My background blends finance, psychology, economics and strategic planning. I’ve led 29 successful corporate turnarounds, served as global strategy adviser in Unilever, Finance Director of an international manufacturing group and Executive Chair of an international tech company.
